Below are photos of the heatsealing process we imploy to weld together printed panels that you might provide us. This process allows you to provide your customers printed banners of any size regardless of the size limitations of your printer or your roll stock widths.

This banner cost the printer $83.00 to heatseal, hem and grommet! The panels were printed on a Seiko Color Painter 64S. Our heatsealing capability has allowed this printer to be a competitor against much wider printers at a much lower overhead costs. This job was actually for 18 of these 8 ft x 15 ft banners while our customer's printer can only print 5 ft wide.
