HEATSEALING

Heatsealing Process

Below are photos of the heatsealing process we employ to weld together printed panels that you might provide us. This process allows you to provide your customers printed banners of any size regardless of the size limitations of your printer or your roll stock widths.
Our heatseals can be done on vinyl, vinyl coated mesh, our sublimated fabrics as well as most materials used by Awning Companies. As you can see in the photos, our seams are inconspicuous as well as very strong. We use our 40ft wide bar sealer to overlap and weld the two pieces of material together. This process enables us (and you if you send us your printed panels for seaming) to compete with print houses with much wider printing equipment. In fact, our process allows us to provide you much larger finished prints than those companies with even 16ft wide capability. Further more, these large "seamless" banners generally get folded prior to shipment which ultimately results in a seam-like look anyway. Due to our much lower overheads, you can save your customers significant cost with our seamed banners and flags. Check out the 12ft wide by 18ft tall mirror image flag that has just been seamed. There is a closeup photo up above of the seam on this flag.
