TO AVOID DELAYS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES, PLEASE ENSURE TO FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES:
GENERAL:
- PC Compatible
- RGB or CMYK
- Do Not Send Original Artwork (CB is not responsible for Art, Disks, Proofs, etc.)
VECTOR:
- CS5 or Below, EPS, PDF (Accepted File Formats)
- Fonts converted to paths/outlines
- Embed All Images
- File to size or if very large, scale down proportionately
BITMAP:
- TIFF, PSD, digital EPS, JPG, BMP (Accepted File Formats)
- At least 100 PPI at 100% for standard applications
- Do Not embed a color profile

-Try our "send us a file" button. It makes uploads a breeze and it can handle any size file. Just drag & drop!
POTENTIAL ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- Files provided in formats not mentioned above
- File editing AND additional proofs - the first proof is free, each additional is $15.00
- Pantone Matching, Please include in the file. (We do our best to match Pantones, however, some are unachievable using CMYK)
- X-rite Color Profiling software to generate our own print profiles. This ensures your print file results in colors that you intended.
TYPICAL BLEEDS
FABRIC BANNERS:
- 2" on all sides for hems and grommets
VINYL BANNERS:
- 1" on all sides for hems and grommets
- 1.25" if using webbing
FLAGS:
- 2" on right side
- 1" Top and Bottom
FLOORMATS:
- Create a file at full size of mat
- DO NOT place any text or important part of the image within 1" from edges
POLE POCKETS
- Take care in placing graphics so there is no stitching through them.
- Pockets are included within the finished size.
- (ie. A 3" pole pocket, you would place graphics 3" in from the edge)
- -Non-Applicable in two-sided banners sewn back to back, as pockets are stitched differently.
